“Internet Plus” has promoted the development of various industries, and as well as the instrumentation industry. In particular, the proposed industrial 4.0 put forward higher requirements for instruments and meters. In the existing Internet transformation process of industrial enterprises, some instruments which are installed in the production field can not be replaced directly, but the upgrading of instrument parameter handling section can meet the requirements of the Internet. Meanwhile, enterprises have to reinforce competence by responding to quality problems,increasing the efficiency of their service and improving the quality of products. The specific research results are as follows.We are upgrading the ten instrument parameters processing system. When it comes to the instrument quality problem, Quick Response Concern Monitor(QRCM) system is developed,while mobile intelligent terminal process and manage the parameters of traditional flow meter. These two parts lay the foundation for the implementation of the “Internet plus” of the enterprise, and these services are extended to other instruments and meters enterprise.The paper studies the current situation and development trend of industrial Internet, mobile intelligent terminal and quality management system, and also does deeply analysis of the working mode and performance parameter, an intensive study of the existing management mode of enterprise and advanced QRCM system in foreign countries has been made. On the basis, the instrument parameter processing system and QRCM system architecture has been proposed.For the instrument parameter processing system, First of all, the paper analyzes 10 FC2000 series flow meter conversion units which include parameters’ structure, work pattern and parameter processing mode, and identifies the enterprise demands deeply, builds demand model, draws functional block diagram and route chart of instrument parameter processing system. Then, the Petri net model of the system has been established, and the simulation of the model is carried out. Finally, selects mobile intelligent terminal called IData95 E, produced by Cohesion Technology Co., Ltd., be the carrier of data operation layer of instrument parameter processing system. Develop the procedures for FC2000 series flow meters with Android system. System has real-time monitoring, parameter calibration, parameter configuration, import/export parameter template, save data to Excel, view the data statistics, documents upload to server function blocks.In view of the unknown demands of QRCM system, the paper analyzes customers’ demand, straightens out its logical relationship by the way of UI designing and Petri modeling in parallel, then completes the simulation of the model. The paper draws the functional block diagram of the system, role demand model, and E-R database relationship diagram by hierarchical management model. Then design the data sheets and programming. QRCM system using the.Net framework, based on the web technology. The QRCM system is developed with C#, Visual Studio 2008 platform and SQL Server 2008 database. The system has deployed in the enterprise server IIS7.0. System conforms to the ISO9000 international standard, and contains 8D process and some quality management analysis tools, such as fishbone diagram, 5Why analysis method, and IS/ISNOT. These tools can analyze quality issues in detail, make the solution and verify its effectiveness and prevent recurring. The system can send mail automatically, and improve the efficiency of management.The instrument parameter processing and QRCM system after strict testing which contains functional test, fatigue strength test and compatibility test. These systems get great reputation. Items have been carried and ready to further promote.
