Dynamic spectrum allocation in cognitive radio networks is one of the hot spot of research in the field of wireless communications. In this dissertation, the related theory and key technology of spectrum allocation in cognitive radio networks has been elaborated. Based on auction theory and game theory, we research dynamic spectrum allocation in cognitive radio networks. The main research work is as follows:Firstly, a dynamic spectrum allocation algorithm based on bidding model is proposed, which aim at researching the bidding behavior of cognitive users and how cognitive users influence primary users by introducing interference price and switching cost, and designing utility function of cognitive users. According to auction theory, corresponding spectrum auction model is established and the stability of the model is analyzed by Nash equilibrium. Simulation results verify the algorithm not only guarantees the bandwidth requirements of cognitive users, but also makes use of discontinuous spectrum effectively and improves spectrum efficiency.Secondly, a spectrum allocation algorithm based on the auction theory and gaussian process regression is proposed for spectrum allocation problem in cognitive radio networks, which extendedly analyzes bidding behavior of cognitive users by using the theory of statistical gaussian process. Based on VCG(vickrey-clarke-groves) auction, the algorithm takes cognitive users’ requirement for communication quality into consideration to design a more effective utility function. In the auction, cognitive users predict the bids of other cognitive users by utilizing historical data of auction and optimize their bidding strategy. Simulation results prove that the algorithm can increase spectrum utilization, wining probability and the utility of cognitive users.
