Along with progress of the society, people began to recognize theresources resulting from the new understanding of some emerging,as radioresource is one of them, people almost ignored it at first, making some simplerules then to apply, in today’s radio resource nearly dried up, plus someemerging technology constantly needs large amount of spectrum making thealready tense precious resources more worse. Today’s lack of spectrum iscaused by nonreasonable of spectrum allocation. If we change solid rigidspectrum usage, let it be intelligent learning environment, outside perceptionaround the idle spectrum, dynamic adjustment of system parameters, timelyadjust the transmission power of radio equipment, debugging mode, channeldecoding method and transmission mode to meet dynamic access of all users,thus realizing the intelligent and dynamic in the field of radio and learnability.At this point a milestone of new technology, cognitive radio technology arisesat the historic moment.This article main research the cognitive radio and dynamic spectrum allocation algorithm based on game theory. First introduces the purpose,significance and current situation of the development of cognitive radio, thenthe key technology in the field of cognitive radio is given in detail. severalcommon allocation model in the field of cognitive radio spectrum, accordingto game theory distribution model have made the detailed elaboration, twokinds of method introduced.The combinating of evolution game theory model, the game process ofcognitive users do the innovative research. Initially originated in the areas ofbiological evolution,It belongs to the category of the theory of evolution. Inthis paper, combining with the ideas of evolution of evolutionary gametheory,we form a new kind of evolutionary game theory model, to solve thefrequency spectrum distribution of related issues. Based on the theory ofgame theory, proved that the algorithm stability and Nash balance.Finally, this paper adopt the way of the auction of spectrum allocation fornew research. In this paper, using the method of the English auction, we makesecondary users one by one bid. The algorithm of auction by using themethod of iterative rounds auction balance realizes the auction link of pareto optimal solutions. Based on the experimental data in the process ofobservation, we can found that iterative bidding process, the secondary userchange strategies and benefits as well as the algorithm of the optimal solutionobtained finally.
