With the development of hardware and communication technologies, telemedicine is no longer limited remote consultation direction, and gradually to develop in the direction of remote diagnosis and remote health monitoring, etc. In ultrasonic medical industry, due to most of medical equipment are king-size, and remote process is still in the level of access to electronic medical records, so this topic is proposed using a handheld mobile device to remote control ultrasound medical equipment, further integration remote medical treatment and medical ultrasound, convenient for ultrasonic diagnosis of substantial.This topic research content is divided into three parts, remote controller function which doctors use to remote control medical equipment, screen sharing function which doctors use to remote view medical equipment display images, remote file system function which users remote view and download medical images and files on the medical equipment.First of all, study the Android core components, based on the principle of low coupling and high cohesion to design the application structure of ultrasonic equipment and mobile device. And filtrate the network protocol used by each function, lay a solid foundation for the realization of the three functions.In order to realize the remote control function, put forward the remote control function implementation scheme based on Socket model, using the API to connect, using the Adb Shell command to simulate key pressed. Customized Android widget according to user requirements. Finally through the test to validate the function.In order to realize the function of screen sharing, put forward screen sharing realization scheme based on real-time streaming protocol and the screen sharing based on the WebSocket protocol, use bond of MediaProjection and Virtual Display to efficient obtain screen information. According to the implementation plan to realize encoded screen information and send stream. Designing the client to receive respectively two kinds of the video stream. Finally through the test to validate the function.Finaly, in order to realize the function of remote file system, put forward implementation scheme of the remote file system based on the file transfer protocol, design account management system to ensure user privacy and security, realize login, directory display, download file, preview file based on file transfer protocol. For the convenience of the user to see the downloaded file, design the local file system for local directory display, opening local file, deleteing local file, finally,test the local file system.
