With network video surveillance products selling, the market demand for the NVRalso follow. Insiders agreed that the network remote video monitoring will be thedevelopment trend of the future. How to make the NVR system has sufficient openness isthe development direction of the video surveillance. For NVR features, this paper studiesand implements interactive ONVIF protocol based on the data in video surveillancesystems. Paper introduces the importance of the choice of protocol ONVIF network video,analyzes the ONVIF specification describes the mode of online video model, interfaces,data types and data exchange, to achieve a variety of services ONVIF protocol; accordingto ONVIF provisions choice H.264video compression coding of video compressiontechnology, H.264can provide higher quality assurance while ensuring the codingefficiency; H.264encoding on the basis of, the choice of RTSP as a multimedia servernetwork remote control, as well as a selection of RTP transport layer protocol, andanalyzes the RTP/RTCP packet format and characteristics. Finally, the paper also givesthe overall structure of the main flow of NVR and interact with the IPC.The system is realized under linux video transmission network, video networkreception, video playback, and other network services, to achieve the various parts of themodule are based on c++language with high portability, the final experimental resultsshow that this system effectiveness and paper summarized.
