Safety is the most important of the coal enterprises have to face, the ventilator is the most important equipment of coal enterprise, which provide fresh air to the mine, and ensure that the coal mine production safety and workers’ life safety, so the ventilator’s stable and reliable operation is the necessary guarantee to the various works’ successful developments of coal mine.In order to achieve the effective management of coal mine fan equipment and security maintenance, to ensure coal mine safety production run smoothly, set up and improve the state of fan in coal mine monitoring system, has a profound significance to realize the automation and informatization of the coal industry in China.This paper analyzes the wireless sensor network and mine fan condition monitoring developments at home and abroad, Aiming at some problems of the coal mine fan state monitoring in our country, Design a set of fan of coal mine based on the wireless sensor network(WSN)state monitoring system. In the base of analysis and study the fault forms and characteristics of the mine fan parameters, mechanical and electrical equipment state monitoring technology, and ZigBee wireless sensor network technology. The overall architecture of the system is designed. and it can be divided into three layers namely data acquisition layer, data transmission and monitoring analysis layer. In the data collection layer by vibration, temperature, current, voltage sensor real-time access to the temperature of the motor stator and bearing of the fan motor, spindle bearing shell before and after the vibration intensity, operation parameters such as voltage current; In the data transport layer by forming ZigBee wireless network, data acquisition and monitoring analysis layer data transmission;Monitoring analysis based on kingview is layer is monitoring platform, realize the coal mine fan running state of real-time information acquisition, storage, display, analysis, alarm,management, and other functions. At the same time, Based on the wavelet theory and support vector machine(SVM), To forecast the change trend of the vibration intensity of fan,Implements a high reliability of the fan fault early warning algorithm.Coal mine fan state monitoring system based on wireless sensor network(WSN)research, for monitoring the running state of fan provides a feasible method, the test shows that, can realize the real-time monitoring of coal mine fan status and safety warning. To the coal mine safety production and equipment management has important theoretical meaning and engineering value.
