In modern physical simulation test, can up to tens of meters to hundreds of meters or even farther in the distance, which requires the size of the corresponding experimental platform.Such experimental platform most is multiple marble mosaic, the overall smooth degree is difficult to guarantee. The secondary platform equipment is applied to the marble platform and six degrees of freedom air bearing table(rail device), to a certain extent, to reduce the roughness of the marble foundation platform requirements.As a complex mechanical and electrical equipment, the secondary platform is composed of a number of control systems, this paper mainly focuses on the design and implementation of two key systems-- level tracking system and dynamic leveling system. Level tracking system is the second platform to complete the tracking of walking in the level direction, dynamic leveling system can adjust of the second platform’s angle to provide a better working environment.First of all, the system components of the platform are introduced, and the select of devices of the platform. Then have built the model of platform, including motion model and control system model, making platform’s movement displacement, translate into speed, displacement, then built the mathematical model of motor control system and pneumatic system.Then used appropriate control method for the design and simulation of the system, The design of Level tracking system: three close-loop design of servo motor control system, in order to improve the accuracy of adding filter links, design of dynamic leveling system: three design of the closed-loop control system of voice coil motor. In order to improve the dynamic performance on the basis of joining the feed-forward controll and the fuzzy PID control technology for the closed-loop design of pneumatic control system, The above design all have MATLAB simulation.Finally, foused on the platform implementation and verification, including circuit design, hardware building, the modes of communication between system, the preparation of embedded software, PC control software and the overall index verification.
