In the flotation process, due to the slurry nature of changes in flow fluctuations andother factors, make flotation devices pulp level often change. When the level is too high,the concentrates were scraped off the excessive lower grade; make fine mineral ratedecreases when the level is too low, so that the metal recovery reduce. Be seen, thedetection and control of the flotation pulp level is directly affect recovery and concentratequality is a very important factor.According to the characteristics of the flotation process, the interference by foamflotation machine level detection bad solution, affect the development of the flotationprocess automatic control, the use of a scanning analyzer to detect true liquid level, whichfilter bubble interference, to provide a reference for the flotation process automationbroaden.Ensure accurate level detection value premise flotation tank level control is animportant issue in the flotation operation for liquid level control process, there is a big lag,time-varying, non-linear characteristics, in order to meet the control requirements forcomplex systems, this paper, using rough sets-fuzzy the feed-forward control PIDcontrol algorithm, using a feed-forward control system to compensate for the measureddisturbance, fuzzy rules and rough set knowledge reduction to less fuzzy rules, andultimately the formation of a good control system.This paper first introduces the flotation process flow of the production process, andthen described the flotation level control system of the status quo at home and abroad,elaborate, and the establishment of a level control system mathematical flotation tanklevel detection model, elaborate, and the flotation tank level detection based on rough sets-fuzzy PID feed-forward control system in the back.The simulation results show that: the feed-forward control algorithm with theconventional fuzzy control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm based on rough sets-fuzzy PID strong robustness and dynamic performance characteristics compared withsimulation results show that the control method for Cascade floating the optional slotsystem control is effective. Scanning analyzer is used in the practical application ofreal-time liquid level detection, and the received analog signal data is sent to the PLCcontroller, PLC transmitter device through its internal algorithm of the control valve andlevel according to the detected level data corresponding control. Live real-time operation,and process data through the man-machine interface WINCC software in order to monitorthe real-time display.
