“Experience on Getting Rich” is one of the most representative program of CCTV-7 military-agriculture channel, which was launched in January 2, 2001, it focuses on China’s agricultural development. The development of the program has experienced two times of revision, the first time was in November 3, 2003, and the second time was in November 30, 2009. Today,it is still an influential TV program for farmers.“Experience on Getting Rich”is committed to report the business stories during the development of agriculture areas, especially report to encourage and support the ordinary people to get rich. During the development of the“Experience on Getting Rich” program, it has showed thousands of stories about how to get rich. In this era, more and more people want to become rich, especially manpower the urban and rural development, urbanization develop quickly, more and more business species has appeared. During the new time background of all the people want to venture and everyone needs to innovate, the development of the “Experience on Getting Rich” program has made a big contribution.This article focuses on the reading and analysis of the “Experience on Getting Rich” program based on “5W” theory.The author selected 142 sample videos from the whole programs, from 2010 to 2015.By showing and analyzing all the dates and charts,the author strives to giving a comprehensive interpretation of the “Experience on Getting Rich” program.The whole article is made of an introduction, six chapters, an epilogue and an appendix.The introduction of the article mains to sort out the literature from two angles: the study of “Experience on Getting Rich” and the study of our country’s agricultural programs, and it also introduces the reasons of choosing this topic, theoretical foundation and research methods. The body of the article is written to analysis the TV programs on China’s agriculture, firstly. Then it makes a thorough inquiry of ” Experience on Getting Rich” from “ disseminator”, “dissemination of content”, “dissemination channels”, “audience”, “dissemination effects”. The article is written to affirm the objective meaning about the dissemination of “Experience on Getting Rich” program., and give some suggestions to the future development of the program.The last part is the epilogue of the article, it is written to sum up the whole article,and make an outlook of China’s agricultural development. The appendix mains to show the information of 142 sample vedio, those samples are the objective evidence of the whole article.
