Being an important method of active microwave remote sensing, synthetic aperture radar(SAR) is commonly applied in both civilian and military fields due to its outstanding capability of all-day, all-weather, long operating distance and high resolution imaging. The corresponding technology of electromagnetic countermeasure(ECM) has also attracted increasingly attention. It is very useful to research SAR countermeasure to deploy resource and make the best countermeasure choice, which can improve the ability of survival for SAR. Hence, studying on SAR countermeasure theory and application is significant in theory and application.By studying basic SAR imaging theories and typical algorithms, SAR point target imaging is simulated in this thesis. After that, several simulations, including different suppression jamming, deception jamming and anti-jamming are presented by analyzing SAR jamming and anti-jamming theories. Next, to combine the jamming with the anti-jamming effectively, the payoff matrix is established based on game theory. Finally, this thesis studies how to make the best countermeasure choice and deploy resource. The main work is as follows.1. Different SAR imaging modes and principles are analyzed, and then the flow chart of range Doppler algorithm and the diagram of two dimensional simulation are given. Next, the geometric model and fundamental principles of direct wave deception jamming and scattered wave deception jamming are discussed in detail. Based on the theoretical analysis, simulations are done to present the advantages and disadvantages of point target deception jamming and deception jamming based on the electromagnetic property of the target. After that, this thesis analyzes and simulates the RF(Radio frequency) noise jamming, noise frequency modulation jamming, noise amplitude modulation jamming, noise phase modulation jamming, convolution noise jamming and pulse random delay jamming.2. Several SAR anti-jamming methods are introduced from the aspect of spatial domain, frequency domain, energy domain and time domain. Meanwhile, RF jamming suppression by trap wave method and LMS adaptive filtering method is simulated.3. The basic principle about game theory is introduced in this thesis after analyzing the SAR jamming and anti-jamming theories. Then pure strategy and mixed strategy in Nash equilibrium are discussed. After that, the advantages and disadvantages of payoff matrix based on experience and fuzzy mathematics are summarized, and a novel method of establishing SAR countermeasure payoff matric is put forward. This method takes a full consideration of the fund, strategy selection, equipment characteristic, algorithm validity and some other indexes in SAR countermeasure, which combines the theory and practice effectively. The weights of different indexes are given based on the subjectivity and objectivity. Linear programming and iteration-Brown method are introduced to estimate the payoff matric.
