With the development of Internet technology and the appearing of wearable products, more and more products begin to enter the IOT era, many children’s products are also added into the Internet elements. Since October 2015 two-child policy comes out, the burden for parents to care for children becomes heavier, in order to effectively care for children, many parents choose to purchase children’s wearable products, however, most of the children wearable products in the market do not consider children’s specifics in design, ignoring the children’s cognitive awareness and behavioral characteristics of different growing stages, nor combined with the corresponding environment, imposing the various functions of products on children and parents on assumption. As a result, products appear functions jumbled, low security, difficult to integrate with the environment and other issues, parents are not able to take good care for children, instead in part because of design omissions and some inferior quality products increase children’s accidents chances.The article integrated the existing children wearable intelligent devices and the current alarm system environment, improve and design a suitable for children but also making parents satisfied and having some social value wearable intelligent child-care system.This paper is in six parts:The first part is briefly explained research background, content, purpose, innovation of this subject and the subject as well as present situation analysis of home and abroad wearable products and children alarm systems. This paper is divided into six sections, which is organized as follows:Section Ⅰ presents the research background, research content, research objectives and innovation of this paper. Moreover, the research status of wearable electronics and children’s alarm system corresponding to domestic and foreign were considered and analysied. Section Ⅱ introduces ample questions about children wearable products exist including functional, material, technical and other issues need to be resolved, such as the environmental aspects of the combination. Additionally, those questions were based on researching and anlysising about the existing children’s wearable wearable product. Researching on children and parents and scenario generation into the method of direct user "children" cognitive behavior, behavior and gender cognitive development and systematic theoretical analysis, and define the problems of caring and the nursing mode. Section Ⅲ combined with children’s early warning and alert system in the United States:"warning" Adam "amber alert" and "CCSER children disappeared early warning platform" of our country environment system. The above system for children and parents is a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the components, structure and content of intelligent care system. Moreover, the points for shopping malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, hospitals and other public environment summarized were analysied, in order to make the most suitable pattern and status of the designing for the usage of children and parents. Section Ⅳ presents the design principles by analysing and summarizing the previous sections corresponding to "wearable intelligent child care system", the specific content, for children, parents, environmental systems, respectively, and then expanding. Thus, raising the smart wearable devices for children, mobile APP for parents and design requirements and principles of the three environmental systems. The architecture of the system and the related information and the effect of each factor are discussed in the Section Ⅴ that represents the holistic conformation of the wearable intelligent nursing system for children. In the lever of wearable smart devices, Children’s preference for product design, color, and other elements can be achieved from others factors, such as function, technology, material of existing wearable products for children. In the end, the appearance, material and using state of wearable products can be defined. In the lever of Intelligent Mobile Terminal, we have summarized the key functional requirements and the ease of use of the product. Furthermore, we designed a mobile app that can searching the location for the lost child in environment system and turn to others for help through warning platform. Finally, conclusions and perspective are shown in Section Ⅵ. on the one hand, the problems, deficiencies and expected results of the research contents about this subject were summarized. On the other hand, we make an outlook to the continuing development of the wearable intelligent nursing system for children.
