With the development of China's economy, Chinese people live longer. But the birth rate is declining year by year, making the problem of aging population more and more serious. The government has taken a series of measures try to solve this issue. Earlier, if the couple are all “single child”, they can have two children. Then, if one of the couple is “single child”, they can have two children. Now, since October 2015, every couple can have two children, no matter “single child” couple or none “single child” couple. So the number of pregnant women and maternal in the foreseeable future will rapid growth. However, the medical resources of our country is not increased significantly, which makes the medical resources become more and more overwhelmed. So with the limits, to improve the utilization rate of the resources will have a very important significance.So a method which is combine the traditional medical system and mobile terminal is proposed. By deploying the service in the cloud, it can not only reduce the equipment requirements and save the money for the hospital, but also achieve a high computing power and scalability.The key technology and methods are detailedly explained in this paper. Some personalized functions was designed by analysis the demand of the pregnant women and their bussiness processes. In order to improve the use experience, some optimizations was designed for the mobile terminal. The detailed work is as follows :(1) The system target and their demands was analyzed based on the present situation of domestic and foreign research. We choose the mobile phone as a carrier to provide users with more quality services. General planning and design thinking which are more in line with the modern computing model are introduced.(2) The function modules and the the interface was designed according to the business process and user demands. The module structure diagram, the object model diagram and the sequence diagram were obtained.In addition the data model was designed. The business flow chart and use case diagram was obtained.(3) We implemented the good doctor recommend function and some methods was used to optimazed the data display and image transmission. The methods are as follows: memory optimization, image transmission optimization, listview optimization and vital signs collection.(4) The MCH care information system was implemented by using the Java, XML and Mysql technologies on the eclipse platform. The system can be configured and deployed on the Ali cloud server.Finally, the experiment results proved the optimization method can improve the user experience and make it more user-friendly. The system has a good theoretical and practical reference value for the application and development of mobile terminals in the field of MCH care.
