Resolver, as one member of the angle of axis sensors, has made mightly advance in recent years. The dual-channel multipole resolver has been widely applied in the field of industrial control, aerospace, weapons fire control systems for its features of high precision, high reliability.Firstly, a high resolution horizontal angle and pitch angle resolver encoder system is designed on the analysis on basic theory of resolver, analog-digital transform IC operating principle. A fully structure and detailed circuits are presented and discussed. Secondly, a compensation algorithm between crude machine and precision machine is designed to guarantee operating accurate. This design judges all possible kinds of error and process to compensation. Thirdly, a anti-interference, high speed and stable communication circuit is designed between the horizontal angle and pitch angle boards or with host computer.This resolver encoder is applied in weapons fire control systems. System has advantages of small dimensions and anti-interference. Encoder system has RS422 bus communication protocol, baud rate is 38400bps. This eresolver encoding system can complete the work of signal converting, compensation calculation, com-munication with host computer, and get the required accuracy target angle resolution at 39.55 arc-sencond.
