With the rapid development of modern vehicle-borne radar technology and the growing demand of the markets, the better performance of radar vehicle.in modern warfare, the radar vehicle in the offensive and defensive system plays the "telescope" role, how to maximize their combat effectiveness become the focus of warring parties, the radar has become a major target of the attack in the early war. In this context, increased mobility of the radar in order to enhance its viability as a military reconnaissance of the important trends. Therefore, to improve vehicle mobility research and design of the radar has important practical significance.Radar vehicle accomplish the targets detection to need to have several steps:First, after the arrival positions to conduct set up; second, the radar vehicle's leveling; again, the search is on target to complete the process of detection. In this process the most complicated, the most significant is the vehicle-borne radar to detect the speed of radar vehicle is leveling. Radar vehicle's target in the air space is actually set out the target location, radar vehicle leveling and there is no case, detecting targets in both the radar platform to coordinate the location is not the same, this article study to detect target from the radar platform to coordinate these two links to start with designing a vehicle-borne radar vehicle arrives at the position does not require leveling can be done after the probe mission detection system. In order to design a good performance, simple structure radar vehicle detection system, the paper conducted the following aspects:(1) Radar vehicle's work process was a brief introduction and then leveling of the radar were analyzed and leveling on a variety of methods are compared, points out their shortcomings.(2) Derive the level of the earth coordinate system and the radar coordinate system of the vehicle turntable relationship between the coordinate transformation for the automotive radar vehicle detection system designed to lay a theoretical basis.(3) The mobility of radar vehicle subject to leveling of radar vehicle, in-vehicle radar vehicle detection system remains unchanged the existing circumstances, in-vehicle platform design of the radar vehicle attitude angle sensor, and attitude angle sensor working principle and work process were analyzed.(4) Automotive radar vehicle under the overall design requirements, part of the detection system hardware circuits and driver design and implementation, and its commissioning.Finally based on the vehicle attitude angle sensor radar system to test, and the radar vehicle after leveling were repeated on the same target in different locations to carry out a comparative analysis to detect target azimuth maximum error no more than 4 points, Pitching the maximum error is less than 2 points, meet the design requirements.
