Mobile learning(M-learning) is a product of integrated by rapid development of internet technology and modern education. Through the study and implement of this project, it will provide a strong information technology support for building a efficient, safe, convenient mobile learning platform. The various resource and teaching method can provide many different learning styles to the students. It makes the platform can apply to everyone who wants to study new knowledge.This thesis is based on present situation in China and abroad of the mobile learning as a new hotspot in internet field and education technology field. It discussed how to play the advantage of mobile devices fully, use wireless net technology, to make the students can learn from the platform anytime and anywhere. Meanwhile, the thesis considers improve its contents from store and analysis the study data of students. It can provide more fitable contents for the students in the future,put forwards a reasonable architecture of hardwa re and software.This thesis analyzed the market requires and design application web api based on thinkphp framework.The platform uses MVC architecture,transform data with json data struct.It described design and implement of three important modules in mobile learning platform:online video,direct broadcast teaching and exchanges between teachers and students.In the modules,online video is implement by video tag of HTML5,direct broadcast teaching is implement by Real Time Messaging Protocol and exchanges between teachers and students is base on Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol.Using many different technologies makes the platform real-time,safety and efficient.This platform has passed strictly test.It has been put into the market use and provide users with a new environment to learn new knowledge.
