XMPP is an XML-based protocol, it is a send receives treatment protocol. IM (Instant Message, referred to as IM) is the Internet real-time communications system services. As the mobile Internet's progress and development of mobile terminals, IM technology is in various ways from the PC to the handset penetration. With the rapid development of our small and medium enterprises and enterprise informatization process of gradual progress, enterprise instant messaging product for joint use of office has become a trend. China's current development of enterprise IM is far less than the development of personal IM. With the development of mobile Internet and 3G, mobile-based instant messaging software will be greater to meet the enterprise needs of mobile users.In this thesis, the work of the following:1.Of the existing instant messaging systems development technology IMPP(Instant Messaging and Presence Protocol), PRIM(Presence and Instant Messaging Protocol), XMPP(Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol), SIMPLE(Session Initiation Protocol for Instant Messaging and Presence Leveraging Extensions) protocol analysis and research, etc., on the cell phone terminal adapter to achieve the key technologies of mobile middleware research.2. Detailed analysis of the IM system requirements and design of the system.3. Proposed implementation plan based on XMPP protocol, using the client/server model, through the C# language to achieve agreement related to the function of the system design and implementation; and made for mobile middleware to fit through the realization of mobile-based IM program.4.Finally, the main function modules of the system test, designed to test whether the expected target.
