The Internet has entered every aspect of people’s lives, teaching and university management also will be a tremendous change, scholars say this phenomenon is school information.This thesis mainly focuses on the educational management system with hybrid structure of C/S and B/S of Harbin Huade University. It analyzes the current status of educational administration system and the impact of the current rapid development of information technology to educational management system and its development trend. The system relates to the technical support detailed description, and some of the features of the system using MVC design pattern for a simple introduction.Prior to this design of the system, it is necessary to fully consider to its present situation of Harbin Huade University, and take into account to meet the actual needs of the current school educational administration management. According to the overall design of educational management in Harbin Huade University, each module of the system is designed in detail, mainly uses the genetic algorithm and fuzzy evaluation. Finally, the system tested two aspects of function and performance exhaustively. The educational administration management system overcomes the shortcomings that the traditional educational system efficiency is low and consumes a lot of manpower and material resources. It realizes the management of student information, course timetabling, examination arrangements, teaching management, and other functions of efficient management. The design and implementation of the system can not only promote the development of the education administration, and makes it more intelligent and can meet the requirements of the students, the teacher user access, but also can realize the management to the educational administration work more efficient.
