Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration System Of Military Academies

Computer network technologyhas brought about great reforms to the field ofeducation, while the reforms demand that administers of the military academies be armedwith the concept and technology of modern educational administration. Educationaladministration is the most essential and complicated part of military academiesadministration, in which a practical educational administration system is the key, for it isclosely related to the functioning of other teaching systems. But so far most of theeducational administration systems cannot meet the demand of military vocationaleducation. The exploitation of the educational administration system aiming at the militaryvocational education is quite few, so it is urgent to establish an efficient educationaladministration system to support daily teaching administration and to improve theefficiency and security of military academiesadministration.The author studies B/S model, ADO.NET, genetic algorithm and other relatedknowledge systematically. In this paper, by using basic knowledge and collecting a lot ofrelevant information, the author develops teaching administration system with aobject-oriented design. This platform adopts B/S mode, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQLServer database technology to achieve the following functions: maintenance, management,management of teachers and students, talent cultivating-plan, performance management. Italso allows the user to access to the database by using ADO.NET technology, and realizethe course scheduling by using genetic algorithm on base of study and comparison onseveral main course scheduling algorithm.The application of this system will become an important means of educationaladministration. Through the management of this system, the user can collect and analyzeteaching information and improve the educational administration efficiency, data securityand stability in the Post-oriented Military Academies. This system will help to realize theinformationization, systematization and standardization of the educational administrationinformation system, to lay a foundation for long-term development of college informationmanagement level.
