With the development and the progress of science and technology,network information technology has also become a symbol of the development of era.With the continuous development of information technology,teaching policy is also in the reform,the teaching level and teaching quality are also affected by the educational administration management.Using information technology to manage the teaching work of the school has become the trend of educational information.This paper designs and implements a complete set of educational management system based on B/S model,with friendly interface,simple the operation and meet the needs of the development for the times.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the educational administration management system.To analyze the domestic and international academic system research's status,to expand the project needs analysis and feasibility analysis,and design the system's basic business process.Secondly,Design the educational administration management system,include the system outline,system function module and system database.Study the genetic algorithm systematically,use genetic algorithms to optimize the educational system's function of scheduling course,to achieve the application of genetic algorithm in educational system.Finally,it shows the development of the major functional modules of the educational administration information management system,and develops the function test,performance test and security test of the system,to ensure the system is safe,reliable and perfect.Based on B/S model,the educational administration information management system design and develop in the Studio Visual 2010 environment using the ASP.NET technology and the database technology,using genetic algorithm to optimize some functions.
