Design And Implementation Of Technical Coordination State Tracking Management System

With rapid development of our country’s manned space business, manned space projects have the following characteristics:parallel development mode, short development cycle, new technologies growth, development information explosion, etc. Because of the large amount of technical coordination, the to-do lists have a long cycle to complete and confirm. The current mode that using paper technical coordination sheet, meeting summary sheet and artificial management cannot meet the needs of the intern department. The space projects are different, the coordinate items are various, the to-do lists cycles are long, so it is difficult and important to improve the query convenience, management efficiency and management level of the technical coordination, meeting summary and the to-do lists.The intern department do a lot of jobs on exploration and optimization of the technical status management. With the construction of database, data storage, information query and access are supported, the to-do lists are carefully arranged and tracked, effectively reduce the workload of management and improve the management level.In this paper, the actual demand of technical coordination state tracking management system is discussed in detail. Through the analysis of the functional requirements to evaluate technical feasibility, this papar use Java EE framework as the development fundamental, the system use B/S mode, the development process use SVN as version control management. MVC design pattern is used to make the system function level clear and easy to maintain. This system is developed under the Windows environment using Eclipse as IDE, Tomcat as web server, and My SQL as DBMS.Technical coordination state tracking management system have 6 modules: " technical coordination sheet management", " meeting summary sheet management", "technical coordination state management", "technical coordination state tracking", "item evaluation and allocation", "users and permissions management". Online request, record, sign and print technical coordination sheets or meeting summary sheest are realized. Upload signed paper version, query and print technical coordination sheets or meeting summary sheets or lists is completed.The to-do lists are issued to the person in charge, making to-do lists better assigned and close-loop controled. Combined with the all function of the sub modules, database is designed in detail.The implementation and testing of the technology coordination state tracking management system is presented.Through the research of this paper, the functions of technology coordination state tracking management system functions are realizeed. Through the functional and performance test of the system, the expected requirements are achived. The system has been put into use.
