Therefore, how to designing and implementing an efficient, convenient, reasonable website of elaborate courses is critical to promote the development of online course quality and the addition of teaching exchange.This paper uses the JSP computer network theoretical as related theoretical basis,analyzing the current systems technology and development of hardware and software environment. From the functionality, performance, data points, it detailed illustrating the system requirements analysis. Then it is constructing the system data dictionaries and logical functional model, and describing the constraints of system's operational requirements of human, resources, capital, time, and technology and others. Next, dividing the system function modules and designing the database as long as providing solutions of problems that may happened during the procedure of coding and decoding.
