Communication reconnaissance is an important segment in communication countermeasure, is mainly to direction finding for intercepted radiation sources, and positioning the direction of the radiation source or location. So the communication direction finding is a crucial segment. Due to the different array forms have different array direction finding performance, on the system can locate precisely target direction finding has played a decisive role, so it is necessary to study the performance of the different array forms.This topic mainly revolves around the performance of the several kinds of direction finding algorithm to study. Firstly, Several common Direction finding algorithms was introduced, mainly including amplitude, phase, doppler method, the time difference method, spatial baseline method and spatial spectrum estimation method. Then aiming at low Angle measurement accuracy and affected by the polarization method of amplitude and have angle-measuring ambiguity of phase method and doppler method, have poor ability to resist noise problems of the time difference method, mainly to choose spatial baseline algorithm and spatial spectrum estimation algorithm. Under different array forms to discuss the direction finding performance. Finally, by the simulation experiments, using spatial baseline algorithm based on solve ambiguity probability and Angle measuring accuracy to analysis of uniform circular array direction finding performance, and determine the location of the non-uniform circular array, and analyze the performance of the non-uniform circular array. Using spatial spectrum estimation algorithm based on spectral peak graph and Angle measuring accuracy for the analysis of uniform linear array, uniform circular array and uniform plane array respectively, according to the performance of the single objective and multi-objective.In view of the actual situation, also is the presence of channel disaccord, using spatial baseline algorithm analysis of uniform circular array and non-uniform circular array direction finding performance of single target direction finding. And using spatial spectrum estimation algorithm to analysis uniform linear array, uniform circular array and uniform plane array of the performance about single target and multiple target.
