The limited radio frequency resources become increasingly tense,so that how to manage radio frequency well,to make all kinds of radio communication network and radio stations operate economically and effectively under electromagnetic environment without interruption,is an important issue of radio management institutions in China.Radio monitoring and direction finding is one of the most basic techniques in the field of radio management,it is the application of radio monitoring and positioning technology to minimize the harm of interference signals on the order of radio waves in the air,maintain economic development and social stability.Based on the study of the status of the shortwave monitoring network,the current main radio monitoring and radio direction finding location technology are expounded,study the multiple signal feature vector based on subspace decomposition classification(MUSIC)algorithm.Most of Shortwave Direction finding antenna arrays in our country are small array,the maximum aperture is below 100 meters,which are mainly related to the interferometer direction finding.They have poor sensitivity,are unable to realize and separate direction of cochannel signals,so that it is difficult to adapt to the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment of short wave.This project proposed design of shortwave direction finding system based on spatial spectrum estimation and large antenna array.The selection of antenna array is given based on the simulation results,introduces the design of system software and test of performance.Shortwave monitoring and direction finding system is designed in this paper based on the spatial spectrum of the MUSIC algorithm,which has analog and digital beamforming technology.It will get the direction of cochannel signals and weak signal,which has high sensitivity,high accuracy.It will greatly enhance the performance of shortwave the monitoring network in China,will play an important role in the radio management.
