The Design And Implementation Of Fine-Grained Project Management Model

Project management is not only a management science, but also a practical science. With the development of information technology, project management software has been widely used gradually, which makes it possible to implement fine-grained project management.The development of project management has experienced more than half a century, software development in project management field are now facing two important challenges: 1. Difficult for software developers to access the knowledge of application domain; 2. In case of the methods and means of application domain knowledge acquisition are based on the requirement of particular project, the data, knowledge and model accumulated during the development process are hard to be reuse.Based on the analysis of the above problems, we propose a model of fine-grained project management domain. The application of this model has also been studied. Domain model is a description of the common needs of the various system in this field, it describes the common areas on the system requirement.In this paper, the main work is as follows:(1)A conceptual model of fine-grained project management domain is put forward. The model includes three parts, project management model, human resource management model and data statistics and analysis.(2)Propose a requirement analysis method based on domain model, which makes abstract domain model can effectively provide assistance to object-oriented software development process.(3)On the conceptual model and statistical analysis methods proposed in this paper, we did a applied research in the platform iSERP(intelligence Service Enterprise Resource Platform) which developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The result shows that the model we proposed could meet the requirement in the whole process of project management, and the evaluation system is reasonable and effective.
