In this paper, Intelligent Corn Information Processing System was designed and developed. After analyzing foreign and domestic agricultural expert systems, we put forward the scheme of the system, which uses the structure of Browser/Web Server/Database. This structure is opening, expandable, easy protecting, simple client interface and low cost.Due to ASP.NET, ASP, VB, VC, FRONTPAGE, DREAMWEAVER and knowledge reprenstation method based on fuzzy production rule, forward and backward chaining, inexact reasoning based on CF model, the system can be accessible through Internet/Intranet. These technologies settle data bulkiness, much multimedia information, uncertainty data in Agriculture Expert System. This system is practical, convenient, scientific. It gives prominence to localization.Expert knowledge in agriculture is deal with by inexact reasoning. During the system modeling, knowledge engineers give a certainty factor to every rule. Certainty value of the conclusion will be educed according to certainty value of the evidence and certainty factor of rule. In the course of reasoning, Certainty value of the midterm conclusion should be figured out and spreaded along the reasoning chain. The conclusion comes into existence when the certainty factor of it exceeds the threshold value.
