Virtual reality is the product of information and digital development. In the information age, the development of all disciplines is closely related to the development of the subject. Virtual reality combined with medical processes will provide a broader perspective for the development of biomedicine. The study of virtual reality is a combination of virtual reality and medical science, and it also has a greater impact on biomedicine.To realize the wide application of virtual reality, this article is from reality, takes simulate the operation as a point and focus on the Image processing algorithm in the process of operation simulation.The research contents of this paper are from two aspects: image scaling and image mapping. This paper studies the image scaling based on gray scale and the feature as well as the three basic image mapping algorithms. On the basis of existing research, the research scope has been expanded to detect the non applicability and high time complexity of the current image processing algorithms. On the basis of a large number of experiments, this paper proposes algorithm to improve the practical range of the method and reduce the computational complexity of the method.Taking into account the gray distribution of the image in the image reduction algorithm based on local mean, this article selects the merged local gray level and prevents the boundary is confused with the gray scale. The results can be seen from the results of different images; the improved algorithm can preserve the boundary well, improve image quality and reduce image blur degree.In the study of Seam-Carving algorithm, it is found that the algorithm cannot work better on the pictures that with unobvious back ground and main body. Therefore, the algorithm is improved by breaking down the criteria for the deletion of a point and expanding the range of options for the deletion. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm is better for the kind of image scaling.In the research, the mapping method is modeled and simulated; the improvement of the mapping algorithm was completed.Finally, based on the research of the image processing algorithm, the simulation software of wound closure is completed.
