Surface cracks is a very serious surface defects, the harm is very large, often resulting in scrapped parts, especially some of the micro-cracks, can not be directly observed with the naked eye directly, the greater danger, so on the surface crack detection and process has very important significance. In this paper, study about three-dimensional reconstruction of surface cracks based on digital image processing.This paper begins by describing the knowledge of digital image processing, have pre-processing on sequence image with median filtering and histogram stretching technology; after integrate the image sequence with wavelet energy fusion, we proposed new fusion characteristic value, and evaluated the integrated image; finally, by focusing measure operatoe and Gaussian interpolation algorithm get the deep information of the image, and obtain three-dimensional images of crack with three-dimensional reconstruction to the workpiece surface.The research methods about three-dimensional reconstruction of the surface crack has the intuitive, accurate measurement, convenient operation, in the field of nondestructive testing of defects has important application value. |
