The Research And Implement About A J2EE-based Management And Supervision System Of Fishing Vessel

As the development of computer technology, communications and network technology, the information progress of every field have been accelerated. For the department of fisheries management, the traditional working methods which are mainly deal with the paper documents cannot suit the demand of the information times. At the same time, compared with the digital materials, the paper documents have many defects, such as occupy many places, easy to lose, easy to break etc, so converting working methods become more and more necessary and urgent.In this regard, this paper focus on how to build a web based information system rapidly with Struts and Hibernate, deeply analyze the principle and characterizes of the two frameworks involved above and make a improvement according to integrate Struts and Hibernate. According to the practice of management and supervision system of fishing vessel, fully proved that the improvement can enhance the performance, reduce the complexity of work and improve the efficiency of development. Additionally, this paper research the fisheries management system that in line with the needs of the time and then design it and implement it. This paper analyzes the problems that may be met in these process, and make the fishing vessel register sub-system as an example to introduce the design and implementation in detail, especially about the functions of application, nullify, searching in the section of nationality, ownership, mortgage and renting.This paper is proved has certain theoretical and practical value by providing a reference for the development of business information.
