CCD image sensor with its high resolution, high sensitivity, high-resolution integrated, low noise, and wide spectral response, etc. Widely used in digital storage, signal processing, and other areas of the image sensor. Its most notable is the application of CCD cameras, it embodied CCD image sensor technology in the head.Accompanied by a CCD camera and a large number of applications in the military civilian areas, it requires its shooting has gradually become more and more high, practice has proved that the main factors affecting the shooting is the exposure time. The exposure time is adjusted by the shutter.Now, The shutter has two modes, namely, mechanical shutter and electronic shutter.Mechanical shutter space bulky, cumbersome and complex internal structure, dimming speed is also very slow.There are two modes of electronic shutter, both gear control mode and automatic control mode.For gear control mode, which is used to adjust the position by adjusting the shutter speed, but this is a leap of speed, shutter speed more backward span greater.For automatic control mode, which is slow to adjust, rapidly changes in light intensity, when the state has been in regulation, affect the results.To solve the above problems shutter, need to design a fast, accurate electronic shutter dimming circuit, thus making the CCD camera can capture high-quality images in a complex environment.In this paper, the model produced by the Japanese company for ICX409 AL SONY CCD image sensor, model CXD2463 R driver chip timing and signal preprocessing model CXA1310 AQ chip as the core device, by building the external circuit, design a high-quality black and white CCD camera, Among them, the electronic shutter circuit through the chip CXD2463 R, chip CXA1310 AQ combination with peripheral circuits designed by. In the electronic shutter circuit, First, the system captured video luminance signal light intensity integration, then feedback to the circuit, using this data to compare pre-set limit on a good video luminance signal threshold range, Finally, by adjusting the pulse of fSUB signal to adjust the exposure time. In this paper, the CCD camera each module is described in detail, and test the key signal, circuit debugging problems that arise, are given a specific solution.Finally through experiments found, the electronic shutter circuit design to achieve the desired goal, and it can make black and white CCD cameras enable high-quality images. The system is stable, reliable, and has a very good flexibility.
