With rapid development of global energy application technologies, solar energy is attached great importance in various countries as one of the renewable energy sources with most commercial utilization value, and China is also vigorously developing various types of photovoltaic power stations. In particular, from Beijing Olympics in 2008 to current combat against haze, the government is advocating the use of green energy. As a green energy source, the solar energy complies with requirements of the state’s energy saving and emission reduction policy and is applied more and more extensively. Large photovoltaic power stations have been built in West and North China, while many scattered small photovoltaic power stations are constructed in cities. For example, the government advocated small roof photovoltaic power stations in recent years. Scattered power stations make use of every single space and save land,but are not convenient for comprehensive management. With continuous development of scale,to adopt informational comprehensive management for scattered photovoltaic power stations as soon as possible will be the problem demanding prompt solution and is very important for more intelligent operation of the system.Based on the above background, this research conducts an in-depth study on China’s roof photovoltaic power station projects with Golden Sun roof photovoltaic power station project in campus of Beijing district as basis and with remote monitoring and operation of scattered photovoltaic power stations. By establishing system hardware structure, determining appropriate software development platform and adopting C language programming for monitoring and operation system software of intelligent scattered photovoltaic power stations, monitor and display communication software is developed, and power station data is displayed and analyzed via web. An intelligent information management system is designed for scattered photovoltaic power stations to achieve remote monitoring ultimately.The display and analysis functional model designed in this study has production state monitoring, data display, trend analysis,overrun statistics, fault statistical analysis, fault warning, production and operation maintenance management in conventional monitoring systems, and also include power generation system equipment state intelligent evaluation and analysis and power forecast system.In the study, through study and analysis of the situation of each school in the Golden Sun roof photovoltaic power station project in campus of Beijing district, an overall solution of the intelligent information management system is designed, and a work platform that centralizes the control of the management systems. At last, through implementation and testing of study subjects,the system realizes status monitoring, fault detection, data acquisition, energy scheduling and distribution management of data information of the scattered photovoltaic power stations. The result indicates, the system design is feasible, and production operation management of existing scattered photovoltaic power stations has been realized within a construction period less than one year. Therefore, this study has certain significance to remote information management of scattered photovoltaic power stations and can be popularized in application.
