Distributed photovoltaic power station,especially rooftop of household and commercial distributed photovoltaic power station,has become a major aspect in photovoltaic industry in recent years and been strongly supported by central and local governments.Household and commercial distributed photovoltaic power station is small-scale and widespread,quantity and relatively independence made it difficult to make overall arrangements of all photovoltaic resources and supervise the photovoltaic stations for the government.It is difficult to monitor the photovoltaic power station with traditional C/S architecture information management.The manager of photovoltaic station could not detect equipment failure in time and amount historical data is not effectively used.All above would affect the efficiency of power generation,system operation and asset management.So,the study of household and commercial distributed photovoltaic information management system is significant and we have to develop a perfect information management system.With the power stations growing rapidly and the constant changes of custom's need,those medium and small-sized enterprises that use single server to build its own private cloud with virtualization technology,high-efficiency virtual scheduling is very important regarding operation process and the cost.With the background of cloud computing and big data,this paper attempts to study cloud computing virtual algorithm based on a single server and propose a cloud computing task scheduling algorithm for task scheduling.In the private cloud environment with a single server,using this algorithm could not only reduce the total time amount but also balance the load of virtual machine,help improving the efficiency of task scheduling and resource utilization of private cloud.Thereby make the household and commercial type of distributed photovoltaic information management system which be deployed on the virtual machine within private cloud could provide users with better service.This paper introduced the design and implementation of household and commercial distributed photovoltaic information management system,including the overall design,detailed design and implementation process of functional modules and the design of the database.The system has implemented remote-online monitoring and early warning of faults,analysis of comprehensive data,report management,equipment and user information management of the household and commercial distributed photovoltaic power station to improve the efficiency of operations,reducing operation costs,and standardizing the management system.More importantly,it helps photovoltaic operators fully use the power station data and analysis to improve their operation and management level.At the same time,cloud computing task scheduling algorithm which is based on the virtual machine can not only achieve fast scheduling,but also balancing the load of all virtual resources.So household and commercial distributed photovoltaic information management system which be deployed on single server could provide better services for both users and operators.
