Medicine warehouse is an important place for the storage of medicines. Because the medicine has specific requirements for temperature and humidity environment, pharmacy medicine managers need to monitor temperature and humidity real-time. Meantime, as the variety of medicines, medicine warehouse workers are required to accurately arrange of the medicine. Traditional wired temperature and humidity monitoring signal transmission relatively stable, but has disadvantages of high cost, difficult wiring and professional managers monitoring. The medicine putting in storage, also rely on the experience and manual search to complete.The development of wireless network brings changes to people’s work and life. Application of wireless temperature and humidity monitoring and portable handheld device made up shortcomings of cable detection and fixed observation. Designing medicine warehouse data acquisition system based on WSN meet the demand of intelligent and automated for medicine staff. In the aspect of temperature and humidity monitoring, using CC2530 wireless transceiver and the SHT10 to design the temperature and humidity monitoring node measuring the temperature and humidity, and in accordance with the implementation of networking and wireless transmission data between nodes based on the Zig Bee protocol. In the interface management, using handheld devices equipped with Windows CE 6.0 system for embedded development to meet the temperature and humidity information display and medicine EAN-13 barcode photo identification.The system laid the foundation for the development of the wireless sensor based on ZigBee protocol and image recognition. It has strong portability, can be applied to other places requirements on temperature and humidity, can also be extended for application of intelligent Home Furnishing, environment detection. The barcode recognition, can also apply in logistics, supermarkets, libraries and other places which need barcode identification items.This dissertation disscuss the medicine warehouse data acquisition system based on WSN design, develop and process. And the dissertation can mainly divided into two parts. One part is the design and implementation of temperature and humidity detection module based on ZigBee, including hardware design, namely the ZigBee sensor circuit design, program download interface design, power circuit design, reset circuit design, and the hardware program design, realizing the wireless module network and ad hoc network, data communications and other functions between wireless nodes and coordinator. The other part is embedded development based on Windows CE 6.0, achieve the displaying received information from wireless sensor coordinator and photo identification barcodes on handheld.
