DCS control system is used in Materials supply technology of uranium isotopes separation. In this crafting process, the key issue is the temperature control of the feed container. On one hand a large number of objects have to be controlled, on the other hand good stability and quick response are required. And in different conditions, it should also be different in taking control mode.Since the system was put into operation, it has been using conventional PID control. Through years of application, we have found it has the advantage of good stability. However, when the new supply container is put into use, there exists a larger time-delay in the temperature control.For this issue, the fuzzy PID parameter self-adjusted method is applied in order to provide conditional replenishment in the supply system of high-temperature purification and scraps rushing process in temperature control. Organic combination of conventional PID and Fuzzy PID control methods enables to automatically select the appropriate way according to different conditions during the control process. The operation result shows that the method can better meet the needs of control process. Based on this control program the fuzzy control is applied in the materials supply technology of uranium isotopes separation. At the same time, the slow temperature-rise problem can be also overcome. The attempt of this new method has practical significance to control technology nuclear fuel production process.
