In this study, the spectral of five kinds of plants, such as Parthenocisus tricuspidata,Phytolacca, Dicranopteris pedata, Melastoma dodecandrum and Vitex negundo, were measured with SVC HR-768 portable speetroradiometer. This paper analyzed their spectral feature, we can see, compared to non-uranium mine, the foliar reflectance spectrum of these five kinds plant changes significantly in the uranium mine, the overall reflectance increases, and a system red shift phenomenon; the red edge peak all are increasing, plants in uranium ore all have "red edge blue shift" phenomenon and the maximum absorption depth of Red Valley all shallow. there are indicating the uranium Significantly affect the spectral reflectance characteristics of the plant.In the uranium ore district and the non-uranium ore district, this study measured the uranium content of uranium enrichment plant Parthenocisus tricuspidata and Vitex negundo, and used for comparative analysis, this has both exploratory and confirmatory. In order to distinguish their spectral feature in this two place, and distinguish between uranium enrichment plant and uranium pollution of plant, NDVI curve is proposed. The so-called NDVI curve is that take the same number corresponding reflectivity from red light band and near infrared wave band, calculate NDVI respectively, then paint curve. The results show that, compared to non-uranium mine, the characteristics of the uranium ore district of the same plant of NDVI curve inflection point move to Short-wave direction;NDVI curve of Parthenocisus tricuspidata in the uranium ore district is higher than it in the non-uranium ore district, the other three just the opposite. NDVI curve studying the plant spectrum of the uranium ore district and the non-uranium ore district, distinguishing the uranium enrichment plant and uranium pollute plant is feasible.In short, compared and analyzed their spectral feature between in the uranium oredistrict and the non-uranium ore district, Hyperspectral remote sensing can be looking for uranium enrichment plant. Thus improves the ecological environment of uranium ore district.
