Urumqi TV Station People’s Livelihood News Program-"Big And Small Matter" Research

“Big and Small matter " has been receiving the widespread attention and general recognizing in the community since the television of Xinjiang Urumqi City was set up in 2002. Since then, the columns used constant revision upgrade to make content rich and colorful. Meanwhile, the columns as a bridge linked the government and people to get a good communication and promoting in the" situation and policy "and "information deliver". This paper used the methods of lite review analysis and individual analysis to make a statistic analysis(the columns content as the research content in the 2015). The research indicated that the columns has surpassed the numerous television news of people’s livelihood, because they had the accurate columns orientation, distinctive columns style and resounding columns brand. However, the columns had some limitations. For example, the homogenization phenomenon of columns content choice was serious and the shortage of news report planning. The author gives some suggestions that provides some objective theoretical reference to promote the columns further more development of the "Big and Small matter ".
