| Since January 2002, Jiangsu TV's "Nanjing Zero" has been broadcast, the people's livelihood news of this unique type of popular television news program throughout the country. Large number of domestic scholars discussed about it's definition,content,target group,development and so on.However, domestic circles have not formed a unified view on positioning Livelihood News, which will bring a negative impact on the creativity of this kind of news. Each column of the media reports livelihood news under different understanding resulting in many confuses. A lot of problems exist on the content and form of reporting Livelihood News. Especially for the city and county media, they are not only influenced by the vague positioning but also by the upper rank of media, such as provincial or central level media. Most importantly, because of their deviation from the loyal audience, lots of columns have moved towards downhill.Many researches on livelihood news had gained some results in current China, but researches on livelihood news of local TV columns are rarely involved. To open up researches on this area has became into a concerned direction in today's community.The author came to Ji Ning of Shandong Province, become a television reporters,to start first contact with the people's livelihood news in June 30,2008. To be able to understand the people's livelihood news, I choose "live the people's livelihood" section for researching, and in-depth interviews with first line, seek proof of the groups the livelihood news effect, living environment, constraints etc. During this period,more than 300 articles were published, more than 200 copies of questionnaires about citizen and more than 40 copies of questionnaires about reporter gave out, more than 10 people were depth interviewed around Ji Ning, as well as other media or cloum in Ji Ning were studied. A wealth of information on the people's livelihood news was mastered,and I also have a thorough understanding about it.First of all, this study selected people's livelihood news columns of the city and county media. For the people's livelihood news, our predecessors made mostly from a general assertion. But for the people's livelihood news columns of the city and county media, they have their own characteristics. Compairing the higher people's livelihood news columns,they have different positioning, Such as resources, policy, target groups, etc. However, for the people's livelihood news columns of city, because of the differences about audience,economic conditions and so on, they will have different direction of developmentThe reasearch pointed out that the common problem of the city and county media, just like institutional constraints,defects in the content and target groups of dislocation. At the same time, the real target groups of the city and county media is not citizen reputed by many scholars and media producers,but farmers.Targeted at farmers depend on the comparison between TV News and other media news columns, depend on the comparison between different columns in the same media, depend on the choice of the news section from different audiences, depend on social responsibilities and obligations entrusted to the media.In order to ensure the people's livelihood news of the television news program of the city and county media developing healthy, we must conduct an active exploration and reform about the existing forms of news reports on people's livelihood.In order to promote the city and county media columns of the people's livelihood, the study reported the advice of construction about the news content. It starts from the proportion of subjects,content arrangement, In order for inspiring journalists. We must note that idealized advice does not mean TV news columns of the people's livelihood should be carried out every day, according to its overall arrangement. On the contrary, because of the news features, it is impossible. It should become a municipal held by staff of the people's livelihood news columns. In the specific operation process,it can be properly investigated. However, in the general direction, there should be consistent with this model. Only in this way, a successful column of the people's livelihood news will flourish in the brutal competition in the market. |
