The recovery of vibratial energy recycling has become a hot topic in recent years in the field of saving energy and the piezoelectric vibration energy recovery systembecome a research focus because of the electromechanical conversion ability, simple structure,increasingly wide range of applications. In this paper, design piezoelectric vibration energy recovery system interface circuit, set up experimental platform and conduct experiment. The main contents are as follows:Take advantage of piezoelectric science and electrical theory knowledge to build electrical piezoelectric oscillator model, which includes electromechanical conversion model, equivalent circuit model, and the output power of the model. Carry on theoretical analysis of the model to obtain the expression about piezoelectric vibrator static equivalent capacitance, open-circuit voltage, and the original output power. It can provide a theoretical basis to the simulation analysis. All of the energy recovery of conduct comparative analysis of the relation of the maximum output power of each circuit.Apply circuit simulation software Multisim interface circuit for recovery of different energy simulation analysis to give each circuit output characteristic curve: output voltage,output power variations with the load curve. Then further obtain the maximum output power and impedance characteristics. Set up the experimental platform, make the ccircuit entity and experiment. Get the output voltage, output power characteristics after connecting interface circuit, and use the experiment to verify the correctness about simulation and theoretical analysis.On the basic of analyzing of a single piezoelectric vibrator energy recovery interface circuit, to improve the ability of the piezoelectric vibration energy recovery, this paper study on the power generation characteristics were more piezoelectric vibrator. After connecting classic energy recovery circuit and a parallel inductance of the synchronous switch circuit, carry on theoretical analysis about the output characteristics of multi-series structure piezoelectric oscillator and parallel structures. Then make use of simulation software Multisim, and get the output voltage and output power characteristics underdifferent connections. Set up the experimental platform, then experiment about multi-interface circuit piezoelectric oscillator structure to verify the accuracy of simulation analysis.
