With the rapid development of cons?mer electronics and virtual reality(VR)technology,people's demand for tactile experience in cons?mer electronics is also increasing.Mobile phones are the most widely used electronic products in the world.Currently,the commonly used vibrating motor of mobile phones is LRA linear vibrating motor,which used electromagnetic drive coil as the driving source to drive mobile phone vibration.Compared with electromagnetic drive,piezoelectric drive does not produce electromagnetic interference,and it can generate a large driving force in a small vol?me,so the experience performance of mobile phone vibrating motor can be improved by a step.In this paper,according to the characteristics of piezoelectric drive,two kinds of mobile phone vibration motors are made.Firstly,the existing ERM eccentric vibration motor and LRA linear vibration motor are analyzed and divided into two forms:vertical vibration and horizontal vibration.At the same time,the size requirements are obtained:the height is less than 4mm;Functional requirements:the operating frequency is 180-250Hz,the maxim?m acceleration reached by driving the phone and the fastest corresponding time.Then,the piezoelectric vibrators with fixed ends and the improved cantilever structure are selected from the common structures of the piezoelectric vibrators as the driving sources of the vertical and horizontal vibrating piezoelectric motors.Secondly,ANSYS Mechanical APDL finite element simulation and analysis software was used to conduct modal simulation,harmonic response simulation and transient dynamics simulation for the two structures under the primary size,and the natural frequency of the vibrating motor,resonance amplitude of the driving simulated mobile phone platform,transient drive amplitude and driving acceleration and response time were obtained respectively.According to the theoretical analysis,the initial size of two kinds of piezoelectric vibration motors is optimized,and the size of each part of two kinds of test prototype is selected.Through comparison,it is found that the vertical vibration motor is superior in size and performance.Then,the experimental prototype of the vertical vibration motor was made,and the natural frequency test platform,amplitude test platform and driving simulated mobile phone acceleration test platform were built,and the experimental test was carried out.According to the experimental results,the vertical vibration of piezoelectric motor in height is 3.5 mm,the vol?me of 490 mm~3,working in the frequency of f=249.05 Hz,which drive analog phones workbench of 100g and produced by the acceleration of 17.15 m/s~2,response time of 67.18 ms under the rectangular wave voltage 50V driver.The motor is 26.16 percent smaller than apple's latest technology—the Tapic Engine.
