At the same time, colleges and universities only focus on the psychological health of student health, data record, etc., and have no multidimensional analyze, summary and forecast on student health data. Leading to the school doctors and supervisors to take care only after the students get sick. Epidemic prevention only based on past experience. Moreover, because of lots of history health data, doctors can not get critical health information and student historical case directly. That will resulting in low efficiency of medical care. The combination of student health records and knowledge map can easily get valuable information from a large number of data related to student life, and it also convenient for schools to make scientific decision in student management and make a good effect on disease prevention.In this paper, according to the actual needs of the school the student health clinic, student health records system was designed, by using the Spring MVC and ExtJS as the back-end framework implementation and front-end framework implementation respectively. It combines with the knowledge map concepts by using PSO data analysis on displaying information and dynamically adjusting health records with Spring interceptors function, combined with WeiXin API and WeiXin push technology. It remind counselors to focus on students who need to focus on.The system using the advantages of the paper-based information system to reduce paper waste and the flow of students to see a doctor and convenient clinic doctors to operate.
