In the recent years, with the continuous development of computer technology and network tech-nology, the extensive attention has been paid to data sharing and processing based on network plat-form and much effort has been made to utilize it. With the purpose of processing GPS intermediate frequency data by LAN, this paper concentrates on the research of the technology of GPS IF data ac-quisition and network transmission based on SOPC and FPGA. It also solves some key problems in the process of data acquisition and network transmission. The main contents are as follows:Design the system scheme of GPS IF data acquisition and network transmission. In this design solution, with GP2015 RF Front-End implementing GPS signal down conversion and IF amplifica-tion,and then sampling and quantifying the analog signal of GPS IF by AD9433, and realizes the data buffer and pretreatment through FPGA. Finally, implement the network transmission of data via Ethernet chip.According to the system requirement, complete the customization of processor, various standard and user-defined peripheral device interfaces. And control AD to realize data acquisition, quantifica-tion and buffer through the hardware resource of FPGA. Research the principle and porting of em-bedded operating systemμC/OS-II, and then realize various tasks in this system. Implement the func-tion of network transmission using Light Weight IP protocol stack based onμC/OS-II operating sys-tem.Complete the GPS IF data receiving and preservation through the Network APP development class CAsyncSocket of MFC, and develop a friendly interface of application by Windows message on the PC. Verify the feasibility and correctness of the data acquisition and network transmission by test-ing.
