Pressure transmitter is an important instrument for pressure measurement in the hydraulic line emulsion.The measurement results directly affects themonitoring results of the Stent operations and stent safety. Therefore, the pressure transducer is of great significance in coalmine hydraulic support application.The low power consumption pressure transmitters with storage function were studied in this paper.We focus on product hardware and software design, mechanical design, hardware design and software implementation and communication interfaces, protocols and computer software design. Finally, the main results of this paper are as follows:(1) Through analysis site needs, we developed the products development target, build the storage function of low power pressure variable sent device of hardware framework. And the whole products involved products shell, battery, power module, main control module, sensor and sensor signal conditioning, signal collection module, human computer interaction entered module, data displayed module, data storage module, realtime clock module, infrared communications module and serial communications module. After subdivided for multiple module, we used module of design thought on all module for hardware design,softwaredesign and verification. After that, we achieve the overall functions. Each module can advance in parallel, which greatly improve the efficiency of the product development, and significantly shortening the product development cycle.(2) We discuss the hardware design and achieved of the low power pressure with the storage function, products shell material selection of the hardware design, the products pressure interface selection and design, external size and internal structure design, sensor matrix material selection, sensor impedance and the sensitivity selection, battery parameter selection, components power selection and sensor conditioning circuit program selection. According to comparing and analysis, eventually we developed hardware design, design out mechanical figure, Circuit diagram, circuit board design and other design documents is of requirement.(3)All module of function are achieved in software, the power consumptionis optimized, reasonable of software work process is developed out, which including peripheral components of control, and MCU tube feet and function moduleof control, and started time, and collection keep time, aspects. Eventually we achieved all expected function, and guaranteed the whole products of power consumption, which ensuring products normal using above one year, meeting the using needs of the site.(4) IR and serial communications protocol were uniformed, procedures was simplified to make the code more versatile and reliable. It Ensures the stability and integrity of the product data by hand or RS232 serial port read. Internal storageof data used a rolling storage, which is that the oldest data is lost, and the data hasbeen updated with in the last period of time.(5)The detailed test method and test standards were developed. the basic function of the product performance, low power indicator and test reliability parameters were all tested, which to ensuring that features and performance of the products achieving the desired targets.The low-power pressure transmitters with storage function developed in the pap er has used in coal mines in multiple manual hydraulic, which supporting themaximum for more than a year, meeting the site requirements.
