As the most representative of the new media, We Chat doesn’t only stand for the latest information and communication technology, but also create a miracle of through the form of interpersonal communication reaching the effect of mass communication with its “many-to-many” communication pattern.As the representative of a new style of life, We Chat is largely changing the way people receive information and social interaction. At the same time, the factor — — marketization, globalization, and the informatization interweaving make the mainstream ideology of China faced with an awkward situation of voice abating, influence declining. However, the stability of mainstream ideology’s voice has big influences on our country’s political stability, social harmony and so on. Therefore, whether the micro platform—We Chat will help enhance the influence of the mainstream ideology, has become the research point and basis of this study. Actually, I have to explain that the article will not make the distinction between the word "We Chat" and "We Chat-platform”, because this article is going to be examined We Chat as a communication platform.As an inter-discipline of Marxism theory and the practice of communication, sociology and other multi-disciplines, this article uses the research methods of quantitative and qualitative, adheres to the principle of the unity of theory and practice, and combines the Marxist ideological theory, communication and sociology relevant theories to empirical investigation. Through the review of the theory and hypothesis and demonstration, we have a certain conclusion that using We Chat platform to enhance the influence of the mainstream ideology and put forward some feasible methods. These are the innovation of the article. Of course, limited to time, material factors, and other deficiencies in the process of research, we will be delving into it in the later study and demonstration.The following is a summary of the main content of this research:The first chapter is an introduction, which explains the reasons and the significance of the selected topic, the study at home and abroad, research methods, the points of innovation and the possible problems in the process of the research.The second chapter mainly clarifies the related concepts of ideology, elaborates the importance-related theory of ideology from the perspective of the Marxist classical writers, western Marxists, and ourselves’. The third chapter mainly introduces the related theories of We Chat and ideological influence. On the basis of the concept of new media and We Chat, the article proposed that We Chat may be used in the spread of mainstream ideology, using some theories including the combination of interpersonal and mass communication, strong relationship theory, etc. Secondly, based on the theory of ideology theories of We Chat, this chapter expresses the related-theories between We Chat and cultivation, theory of opinion leaders. Finally, following the research principle of combining theory and practice, after the relevant theory expounded, the article tries to design the questionnaire and put forward to relevant assumptions before the data collection and analysis from two aspects of theory and practice to explore. The fourth chapter is the focus of this article, as well as the research purpose.This chapter discusses how to use the platform to further strengthen the mainstream ideology. Divided into four aspects.First, from the aspects of technology, law, system,think about opinion monitoring, using micro platform guides the right public opinion direction, clean the transmission source of mainstream ideology; Second, on the basis of the media convergence, promote the traditional and new media represented by micro platform striving for the goal of dissemination of the mainstream ideology together; Third, talk about how the platform itself to change in the aspect of technical and attitude; Fourth, from the perspective of our party, put forward to some advices in the spread of mainstream ideology concept and mode of transmission in ideology itself.
