Automation management becomes more and more popular application in sewage treatment plant, as required by management of the sewage treatment plant is increasing day by day, the central control system can fully reflect the operation situation of sewage treatment plants, to facilitate the operation of the sewage treatment plant maintenance and management, also facilitate the operation of the sewage treatment plant supervision.This article selects some small and medium-sized sewage treatment plant as the research background, according to the actual situation of the sewage treatment plant, chose the periodic-cycle-activated-sludge-process CASS sewage treatment plant, And design a set of automatic control of PLC including fuzzy algorithm and software WINCC to realize real-time monitoring configuration and PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus and Industrial Ethernet to form network communication in the integration of sewage treatment control system.This control system mainly realize dissolved oxygen parameter detection, control and monitoring, the way of detection through the sensor and the laboratory test method of soft measurement model and predict the parameter of BOD. Automatic control technology combines the BP neural network self-tuning PID and fuzzy PID – Smith algorithm. Use software monitoring technology communication with automatic control software to achieve real-time monitoring of sewage treatment parameters. Dissolved oxygen parameters control at about 2.0 mg/lBased on the sewage treatment process as the clue, this paper introduces the overall system scheme design, the design of PLC station, the monitoring of some important parameters, the design of the intelligent algorithm, communication network configuration. Through the software and hardware design to achieve the control requirements of sewage treatment plant, confirmed more effectiveness in a more intelligent automatic control mode instead of the traditional manual process.
