China is a large agricultural nation. Aquiculture gained very important status in agriculture production of our country. With the development of science and technology, as an important character of modern aquiculture, the monitoring of environmental factors has gained more and more attentions. Aiming at the current situation automation technology is exactly need in aquiculture of our country. A kind of environmental factor monitoring system is designed in this dissertation to meet the need of our country's aquiculture which can online measure two main environmental factors and can realize the control on dissolved oxygen.First of all, this paper put forward the whole devise project after the analyzing of latest research all over the world and introducing the structure of the environment in aquiculture. In the system, the main monitoring objects are dissolved oxygen and temperature. This paper simply expounds the working principle of dissolved oxygen probe of film mulching primary cell type and analyzes the temperature characteristics of the sensor and put forward an online measurement of dissolved oxygen based on the dissolved oxygen probe. The measurement of temperature uses single-bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20 to carry out. The system is a nonlinear and large lag. It is hard to find the precise mathematical model and difficult to get satisfactory effect in conventional control methods. The fuzzy control as a branch of intelligence control field especially suites handing the system of the indetermination model. It doesn't need mathematical model and has good anti-jamming capability. In the paper, the fuzzy control is used to control the environmental parameters and utilizes MATALB software tool to assist designing and emulates to the fuzzy control system.The system regards C51 as the main developing instrument and also uses electronic design automation, etc. The system adopts the structure of superior/below position operator. The below position operator system design is divided into two parts, hardware and software. On the hardware, A/D converter module and keyboard module and LCM1602 display module and output control module are designed based on the microprocessor AT89S52. On the software, data collecting module and data processing module and real time control module and displaying module and serial communicating module are designed. The below position operator system can alone be used as control system to meet the demand of small-scale aquiculture production and can also be regarded as a part of the intelligent control system.The experiment indicates that the system work stably and achieved the function that it can collect environment data automatically and transmit and manage data in real time. The system has the feature of simple circuit and low cost and high real time. The system has certain actual meaning because it can economize energy and contribute to the alteration of traditional aquiculture.
