The monitor of present telecommunication business system focuses on network equipment, server, or application software. Some operators use active analog detecting to realize the monitoring of the business layer. Although it can timely respond to hardware or software failure, it can not directly reflect the running condition of the business and QoE (Quality of Experienee) of real user. As the business system users have become increasingly sensitive to the quality of service, the key to improve the quality lies in building a data analysis system based on QoE (Quality of Experienee) of real user behavior, which can realize monitoring of real customer needs. In this paper, the author incorporates the practice of building ERP user-perceived monitoring data system in China Unicom headquarters. Firstly, the author exemplifies the technology and standards of ERP user-perceived monitoring data system, such as HP RUM, BSM, Protocol Analysis, and JAVA Layered Architecture Specification. Secondly, the author analyzes business system requirements, with emphasis on discussion and description of user perception assessment system, real-user perception monitoring and system function. Based on this, with the use of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to construct and design the model structure of the system, the author discusses information system architecture, and gives solutions to each functional module problems. At last, the author presents the method of system implementation, with explanation on how to implement ERP user perception management data monitoring and layer data acquisition, achieving actual operation of the system with illustrating screenshots.
