With the continuous development and growth of the aerospace industry in recent years,the gradual increase in information interaction in large-scale measurement and control systems has led to a dramatic increase in the amount of data that the system needs to process and transmit.In particular,the detection capabilities of aerospace systems and military equipment have increased,and the traditional low bandwidth,Transmission systems with low real-time performance cannot complete large-scale data transmission tasks.This paper designs a large-scale sensor array data transmission system design based on the bus developed by our school.First,the task design indicators are analyzed and the core design ideas and overall design schemes are determined.Then,the key technologies and breakthroughs for completing the design tasks are analyzed in detail,and the network reconstruction design of large-scale measurement arrays and circuits in complex and narrow spaces are solved.Layout design,electromagnetic compatibility design under strong electromagnetic environment,etc.Then the system hardware design based on self-developed bus is introduced.The router uses FPGA as the main control unit as the data distribution center of the system,and uses the RS-422 interface as the device expansion and communication interface.Multi-layer cascading networking can achieve no less than 1500 Data transmission of a large-scale sensor array with two sensor units;the system's acquisition module adopts ISO1176T to the connected 24-channel sensor unit adopts serial acquisition mode,and the communication module adopts USB2.0 FT2232HL as the communication interface of the host computer to realize data Visual monitoring;MFS technology processing is performed on the link mode of the sensor unit and the sensor unit connected to the acquisition module,which is convenient for installation and expansion in a small and special-shaped space.Subsequently,the communication protocol of the acquisition module and the reconstruction and addressing design of the router are introduced,and the upper computer software is also designed.Finally,the hardware circuit and system functions of the system are tested and tested.The analysis of experiments and experimental results based on self-developed buses shows that this large-scale sensor array acquisition system can complete the design task,and the bus network with high real-time performance and high reliability has high practical value.
