Agricultural safety issue has been the focus of government and the masses, insure safety of agricultural products can provide references for the masses, government and agricultural producers for the government to develop agriculture policies provide an important basis. In recent years, our country learn regulatory philosophy and experience of developed countries, in terms of theory and safety of agricultural research system and the security warning to do a lot of work, but how to ensure the safety of agricultural research through early warning information system is still in the primary stage, the domestic application of the system has the ability to produce a safety warning even more less. This paper summarizes the current farm safety warning analysis based on the results, combined with the software engineering theory, methods, design and implementation of a agricultural products safety warning and statistical analysis system.This subject is come from a large-scale agricultural products market, the analysis of the existing agricultural-related data, the historical data as a time series analysis using ARIMA forecasting model to predict the future trend of realization of agricultural product quality and safety testing information and market information, in addition, to achieve a functional analysis charts and reports on agricultural prices and quality and safety testing data, changing the backward status of traditional management system only remain in the information management and highlight the data analysis and forecasting capabilities. After running the system on-line, we got user’s favorable comment, a substantial increase in the efficiency of utilization and management of agricultural market information resources, but also for market management provides a data analysis support, incarneting the value of application.The sunject is research on warning and safety of agricultural products, the use of software engineering methods, starting with needs analysis from the business needs, user analysis, functional requirements, non-functional requirements and other aspects requirements, and then on the basis of conduct system functional module design, to determine the specific functions to be achieved. Implementation of the system using JAVA language, using MyEclipse integrated development environment, using SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate) development framework, using JSP technology, using Microsoft SQL Server2008 relational database management system, using Tomcat application server, using the R statistical analysis language, by integrating language and calling R statistical analysis, trend forecasting problems solved using predictive analytic model and implement agricultural market future, through the realization of ARIMA forecasting model is the system in analysis capabilities on the basis of historical data to predict the future with scientific rationality. In addition, we realized the statistical analysis of agricultural information by using JAVA graphs and reports technologyAlthough this system is a particular case, but also provides a feasible information technology solutions for agricultural market for agricultural products safety warning and statistical analysis. In the aspects of agricultural safety warning information technology and statistical analysis carried out a valuable exploration.
