In recent years, the earthquakes, geology disasters, fire, meteorological disasters have brought so much pain and huge economic losses, and have challenged the country’s public security. The current emergency rescue technology is relatively weak, and has seriously affected the efficiency and success rate of rescue.The study of the traditional wireless sensor networks has accumulated a lot of results on data collection and transmission, however, due to high cost and low flexibility, it is difficult to directly apply to disaster rescue. Moreover, it lacks researches on special environment like disaster data collection, transmission and Application.The Crowd sensing(CS) treats mobile devices of ordinary users as basic sensing units, and leverages them to distribute sensing tasks and collect sensing data by consciously or unconsciously collaborating with each other through the mobile internet for completing large-scale and complex social sensing tasks. Not only do they provide a novel sensing paradigm for the Internet of Things, but also bring a series of new challenges. Although currently there are a variety of MCS application systems, effective crowd sensing systems designed for disaster rescue are few.Thus, this thesis focuses on disaster data collection, transmission and utilization based on Crowd sensing, and proposes a series of new models and applications from three aspects: how to design efficient data collection methods; how to design efficient data transmission methods; and how to utilize the sensed data to improve rescue efficiency and accuracy. The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:(1) This thesis developed the disaster data collection system based on Crowd sensing, including environmental data and work data;(2) We implemented a mobile intelligent terminal opportunity transmission system for emergency search and rescue; We proposed the communication method and communication protocol for rescuers’ mobile smart terminal devices, a communication method for rescuers and survivors’ smart terminal devices to build wireless LAN via portable wireless router. We also implemented a mobile smart terminal communication software;proposed a method of clustering for rescuers, and designed a energy efficiency data collection protocol;(3) We developed a emergency search and rescue systems for command and decision, and proposed search and rescue target priority evaluation methods, search and rescue force deployment methods, secondary disaster assessment and prediction methods and rescue decision and publish methods.
