Rerearch On Optimization Of JSCN DWDM Network And Its Applications

The number of the customers of JSCN has increased to over 10 million by the end of 2014, and the original network can not provide perfect service anymore. The construction of the basic network as well as the trunk network and bidirectional transmission network has become the most important issue recently. As a new enterprise, we are lack of mature management. We have to learn from other operators and work hard to form our own project management and pay great attention to the quality of the network construction.This paper focus on the project of building network, especially for its characteristics, key points the factors that can affect its quality. We also built the control flow of the project construction and improved the organization structure to try to insure the quality of the network project. At the end of the paper, we provide suggestions for the key points of the project and use performance evaluation to develop the implement of it. All these efforts has been proved be helpful in the practice, and will guarantee the efficience, high quality and safety for the television network of the whole province.
