In recent years, the development of network media changed the way of people’s daily communication, especially with the emergence of Weibo, which provides people sufficient space for expression and conditions for spreading. In such a We-Media era like "everyone has a microphone, everyone is a reporter", netizens began to set agenda with more diverse sources of information and dissemination channels as independent individuals. As a representative product from We-Media, Weibo has become a platform for information transmission with relatively high user liveness among current social media due to its diverse sources, simple operation, spreading in time, two-way communication and low cost. On the social platform of Weibo, everyone is the producer and publisher as well as receiver and observer of the information, making Weibo a place with many network events and public opinions.Based on the age of We-Media with the representative of Weibo, the paper focuses on the current communicational phenomenon of political perspective comments for recreational events.In other words, this is a condition that in the micro era, in the process of transmission through platforms like Weibo and Weixin, some entertainment information have become public sentiments through being watched, commented and transmitted by netizens and online "water army" from political perspective. However, if there is no in-time guidance, they possibly can cause to public sentiments storm and stimulate social strife by netizens and opinion leaders’propaganda and instigation. This process turns a common recreational event into a public sentiment with strong political complexion, which affects social stability. The author concludes this the phenomenon "the transmission of recreational events in a political perspective"Based on above, with the pointcut of Fan Weiqi, a Taiwan singer’s posting selfies of her babies on the day of military parade on September 3rd,2015, the author focuses his paper on ecology communication, main problem and the strategies of China’s public sentiments of recreational events. The paper contains four parts. The introduction elaborates the topic’s background and significance, summarizes the research status both at home and abroad and briefly introduces the research contents, research methods and innovations. The first chapter outlines the definition and main transmission characteristics of micro era, analyzes research methods and states the transmission phenomenon of recreational events in a political perspective with its concepts and characteristics. In the second chapter, the author takes Fan Weiqi’s event as an example and uses the method of content analysis and interdisciplinary research to mainly discuss the phenomenon’s evolution process of the influencing factors. The author also analyzes the Internet group’s psychology’s impact on the develop trend of the event. The third chapter contains the rethinking of the phenomenon in this micro era with strategies and suggestions.
